A Team Afterschool Coach

Part-Time | $17–$20/hour | 17 hours per week

Are you the kind of person who brings the energy, keeps things fun, and always knows how to make kids feel like they belong? As an A Team Coach, you’ll be at the center of the action—leading games, sparking creativity, and making afternoons something students actually look forward to.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead awesome activities like arts & crafts, sports, games, and group challenges

  • Be a homework helper, a high-five giver, and an everyday role model

  • Keep kids safe, engaged, and included in every part of the day

  • Bring positivity and teamwork to everything you do

  • Work closely with your Site director and fellow Coaches to make each day smooth and memorable

What You’ll Need:

  • Age 17+

  • CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to get certified before starting)

  • Clean background check and registry clearance

  • Patience, energy, and a love for laughing, leadership and working with kids

  • Punctuality, reliable transportation and ability to work well with a team

A Team Site Director

Part-Time | $25–$28/hour | 20 hours per week

As an A Team Site Leader, you’ll run the show at your campus—leading your staff, supporting students, and ensuring each day runs smoothly and safely for everyone on the A Team. Not only will you gain valuable work experience, you’ll set the tone, build relationships, and make an impact that lasts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily program operations on your assigned campus

  • Lead and support our A team coaches

  • Communicate with parents, school staff, and your program supervisor

  • Ensure safety policies are followed and the environment stays positive

  • Step in as needed to lead activities and support transitions

What You’ll Need:

  • Age 18+

  • CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

  • Clean background check and registry clearance

  • Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or team leadership

  • Strong communication skills and a calm, problem-solving mindset

  • Punctuality, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
