A Team Enrichment may be a new name in afterschool care, but it’s built on years of hands-on experience designing and leading programs that work. From day one, our mission has been simple: to create an afterschool environment that’s safe, engaging, and truly supportive—for students, families, and schools alike.

That’s why we built A Team Enrichment around the things that count most: safety-first systems, enriching activities led by a team of coaches that cares deeply about every child’s growth.
Every A Team location operates directly on school campuses, making it easier for families and more seamless for schools. Our staff are carefully selected and rigorously trained. Each team member is background-checked, CPR and First Aid certified, cleared through national and state safety registries, and continuously coached to meet our high standards.
