  • What grades do you serve?

    We serve students in Pre-kindergarten through 6th grade.

  • What are your hours?

    Our program begins at school dismissal and runs until 6:00 PM on all regularly scheduled school days, including early dismissal days.

  • What’s included in the program?

    Each afternoon includes a snack, homework help, arts and crafts, indoor games, outdoor play, and optional specialty classes.

  • How much does the program cost?

    $99/week for full-time (M–F)

    $30/day for drop-in care

    Discount available for full semester prepayment.

    Tuition is prorated to account for school holidays.

  • How is registration & billing handled?

    Families register and pay through our enrollment system. After setting up their family account, enrollment is as simple as the click of a button!

    Part time and full time base programs and specialty classes offer payment plans or discounts for full semester payment.

    Drop-in care must be booked and paid by the day of attendance.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    No refunds are provided once a student is registered. This includes weather closures, absences, or other missed days. Tuition is prorated for planned school holidays.

    Most specialty classes offer ‘FREE TRIAL’ classes for new students to ensure it’s a good fit before committing to the full semester.

  • How does pick-up work?

    Families are issued a pick-up sign with a unique student ID number at pick up. Parent/guardian will be required to show state issued ID if they don’t have their student’s A Team issued pick up sign. Pick up is typically the car rider line or another designated area of the school.

  • What time is pick up and what if I’m running late?

    Pick-up is any time between 3:00 and 6:00 PM.

    There is a 5 minute grace period. After 6:00 PM, late pick-up is billed at $1/min

  • Are staff certified in safety protocols?

    Yes! All A Team staff members are pediatric CPR and First Aid certified, background-checked, and cleared through state and national sex offender registries. In addition to safety training, coaches receive ongoing support in child engagement, behavior management, and enrichment programming—so they’re always ready to lead with confidence, compassion, and fun.

  • How is medication handled?

    Medications are stored safely out of reach of children, but accessible for our staff should it be required in an emergency or otherwise instructed by a guardian or doctor.

  • What are your emergency procedures?

    We follow the school’s emergency protocols for fire drills, lockdowns, and evacuations.

  • What do kids do each day?

    Activities include snack time, homework help, arts & crafts, indoor/outdoor play, and games. It’s a balance of structure and fun!

  • What are specialty classes?

    These are optional enrichment classes like dance, chess, karate, and more, offered weekly for an additional fee. Families will receive details and enrollment options each semester.

  • Will you take pictures or videos of my child?

    Only with your permission. You’ll select your preference during registration. Media is used for parent updates and occasional promotional materials—never with personal info.

  • How do I get updates or contact staff?

    We communicate through email for reminders and updates. Phone calls are used for emergencies. You can reach your site director via phone or email anytime.
