A Team Enrichment: School & Campus FAQs
Independent Before and Afterschool Care on Your Campus. Designed to Reduce Risk, Support Families, and Minimize Administrative Burden
-
Minimal. A Team Enrichment operates independently and manages all aspects of the afterschool program, including staffing, enrollment, billing, parent communication, supervision, and dismissal. Campus staff are not responsible for daily operations, parent inquiries, or program management.
When permitted by the campus, schools may choose to support family awareness by sharing registration information, sending home flyers, or allowing A Team Enrichment to participate in events such as Meet the Teacher or back-to-school nights. These efforts are optional and coordinated in alignment with campus preferences. A Team Enrichment can attend such events to answer parent questions and assist with enrollment directly, reducing follow-up needs for school staff.
-
A Team Enrichment uses a structured digital check-in and dismissal process to support accuracy, transparency, and student safety. Student records include photos, allergy and emergency information, and authorized pickup lists maintained by families. Each check-in and checkout is time-stamped and documented, including the authorized adult receiving the student, and parents receive real-time confirmation. This process provides clear accountability and significantly reduces dismissal errors
-
A Team Enrichment maintains consistent, developmentally appropriate staff-to-student ratios of 1:14 max to ensure safe supervision and meaningful engagement. In addition to group leaders working directly with students, a Site Director is on campus at all times during program hours to provide additional oversight, support staff, handle parent communication as needed, handle dismissal and manage any concerns that arise.
-
A Team Enrichment is fully responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising all afterschool staff. Our team members are background checked, CPR/First Aid certified, and trained in child safety, supervision, behavior support, and campus-aligned procedures. Staff work under a clear supervisory structure, with a site director on campus leading our team, defined escalation protocols to ensure consistent oversight and accountability. Your campus staff are not responsible for managing or supervising our program personnel.

A Team Enrichment manages all enrollment, billing, marketing, and ongoing communication with families directly. Parents register, update student information, and receive program communications through A Team Enrichment. Campus staff are not responsible for managing accounts, payments, or responding to parent inquiries related to the afterschool program. As needed, we provide the school with marketing materials, registration links, rosters, incident reports, and check-in/dismissal logs for reference and record-keeping.
-
Yes. A Team Enrichment provides afterschool care on all regular school days, including early dismissal and modified schedule days. Care on these days is included at no additional charge for currently enrolled families. When space allows, families who are not regularly enrolled may also utilize care on early dismissal days for an additional fee. This structure supports families while maintaining consistent staffing and operations, without creating added administrative burden for the campus.
-
A Team Enrichment can offer before-school care when there is sufficient family interest and campus approval. Before-school programs are structured, fully supervised, and operated independently by A Team Enrichment, following the same staffing, safety, and accountability standards as our afterschool program. Availability and logistics are discussed on a campus-by-campus basis to ensure alignment with school schedules and procedures.

A Team Enrichment uses a clear, consistent approach to behavior management that emphasizes safety, respect, and positive reinforcement. Staff are trained to address concerns promptly and redirect behavior appropriately. If a concern continues or requires escalation, the on-site Site Director steps in to support the student and communicate directly with families. Serious or ongoing concerns are documented and addressed in collaboration with parents, following established program policies. All our staff is CPR/First aid certified and have access to first aid kits, ice packs, etc. Injuries are always documented with incident reports that are shared with parents and the school. Our site director talks with parents about injuries/behavior concerns at pick up. Campus staff are not responsible for managing behavior or discipline related to the afterschool program.
